Hold Christ As Your Mighty Warrior!
Series: Foundations
Based on Jeremiah 20:7-13

Sometimes preaching God’s Word seems like an exercise in futility. Sometimes just being a Christian feels like the world is against you. It was no different for Jeremiah and no different for our Savior. And like them, we are not left alone in the struggle. Jeremiah held fast to Christ his mighty warrior as he held him out to others. And so do we.

In Compassion, We See, Ask, and Go!
    Series: Foundations
    Based on Matthew 9:35—10:8

Perspective changes everything. When Jesus saw the crowds rightly for the lost sheep they were, he couldn’t help but have compassion on them. That led to him asking the Father to send preachers to them and sending them out himself. Compassion leads us to see the lost rightly, ask God for workers to witness to them, and to go when the opportunity comes our way!

One God, Three Persons, Three Blessings
    Series: Foundations
    Based on 2 Corinthians 13:14

Our Triune God loves us very much, but He is not some “distant” God who doesn’t bless us with practical blessings that we can use every day.  God the Father provides what we need each day because he loves us unconditionally. God the Son gives us His grace that lifts us up each day. And the Holy Spirit provides a fellowship for us with God Himself, as well as with each other. One God, Three Persons, Three Blessings!”
